General

Our head office and showroom are in the Ancaster, Ontario, Canada business park. While we serve commercial long-term care facilities across Canada, we currently only provide products and services to home care customers (i.e., individuals) within the Greater Hamilton Region, Ontario.

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We do not provide services outside this timeframe.

No, at this time we only provide services within our core business hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Yes, we serve individual customers located in the Greater Hamilton Area of Ontario. If outside this area, you can contact us, though we cannot guarantee delivery or servicing for home care outside this region.

Products & Services

Both. We sell and provide technical services for medical equipment from top manufacturers, makes, and models. This is unique, as most manufacturers only sell equipment and do not provide servicing after the sale (e.g., repairs, maintenance).

We carry a variety of makes and models from top equipment  brands including Invacare, Drive Medical, Tollos, Amico, Guldmann, Rane, TR, and more. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Contact customer service.

We primarily offer capital equipment including beds, mattresses, lifts, slings, tubs, recliners, over-bed tables. We also stock parts for these. Note: we carry different inventory for LTC facilities and home care. Please contact us if you don’t see what you’re looking for.

We provide technical services for the above-mentioned equipment types, including:

  • Installing new equipment
  • Removing used equipment
  • Regular maintenance (preventative maintenance)
  • Repairs
  • Sourcing parts

Yes, by appointment you can view anything our showroom and warehouse. Due to the large number of bulk products we have, please make an appointment prior (free) to ensure we have your item(s) and accessories set up and ready for viewing. Contact customer service to book an appointment.

No, we are an authorized reseller from the top brands. We do not manufacture any equipment ourselves.

Ordering & Payment

We only sell products online for home care customers (for facilities, see below). Home care customers can order by submitting a quote request from our Shop page, however we don’t currently permit automated online ordering due to the customizations available.

For commercial LTC facilities, you can browse our home care collection online, but due to the complexities and unique needs of products, we ask facilities to contact us to obtain an accurate quote.

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-transfer, and cheques from commercial customers.

No, we only sell in Canada. For home care, we offer products and services within the Greater Hamilton, Ontario region only. For LTC, we serve facilities Canada-wide.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to both residential (Greater Hamilton Area only) and facilities (Canada-wide). As part of delivery, we remove all packaging so you don’t have to worry about discarding it yourself.

Yes, shipping is an additional cost based on weight through our ground carriers.

Shipping is set by the carriers, but is typically ~$30 for parts and up to $200 for bed delivery on a tailgate truck or installed and delivered by a technician.
