Junior Service Technician – Ontario
As a Junior Service Technician you will be responsible for performing field service activities to support healthcare facilities across Canada.
Job Responsibilities:
Service calls will be scheduled on SFI’s Google calendar – technician must check the calendar regularly to find out where he or she is scheduled for the day and if the schedule has changed.
Technicians will repair and service beds, lifts (floor and ceiling), bathing systems, air mattresses, and other equipment as required. They will also perform installations, PMs and audits of equipment.
After each service call Technicians will update the calendar as required – detail work completed, asset tag #s, serial numbers, and any other pertinent information (eg. Any return visits or future work needed).
Our Technicians are the face of SFI in the facility. Be prepared to answer questions about the services and products we offer and offer solutions to problems encountered
